Every journey starts with a 30-minute online strategy session. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your goals, challenges and lifestyle, and identify the changes that will have the biggest impact on your health and wellbeing.
Coaching is about more than just providing a plan. To achieve lasting results, trust, honesty and a strong coach-client relationship are essential. This session gives us the opportunity to understand where you are today, where you want to be, and whether we're the right fit to achieve it together.
Step Two: 1-1 Coaching
There are two options for working together. We will determine which approach suits you best during our strategy session.

Once your programme is complete, I will have provided you with the tools you need to take care of yourself with complete confidence and independence. However, you don't have to go it alone. Ongoing coaching provides the accountability, guidance and support needed to maintain your progress and continue growing. Together we'll review your habits, movement, nutrition and any challenges you're facing, ensuring you stay on track for as long as you need.
